Service Description
Because we know that your child makes the most progress when skills are reinforced at home, our 40-minute appointments include parent observation and time for both therapy and coaching. We will talk about the great job they did, answer your questions, and show you how you can help at home.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments and Cancellations. • Appointments can be scheduled online via our patient portal, powered by Wix.com. • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined during the scheduling process. • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as early as possible. Payments • Payments for services can be made securely through our website using Wix.com’s payment tools. • All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • We do not accept insurance at this time. Clients are responsible for payment and may seek reimbursement from their insurance provider where applicable.
